Collection From Store

Collection from store is now available for everyone in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Confirmation email will be sent when order is ready for collection.

 

Next Day Delivery

The Next Day Delivery service applies if you place your order before 2pm GMT, Monday to Thursday. Any orders which are placed after 2pm might not be dispatched until the following day. No couriers collect at the weekends, so this means that any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

 

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery service is our next best service, which is a 48 hour Delivery Service, excluding Order Processing Time. 

 

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery Service is a 3-5 working days service, excluding Order Processing Time.

 

Order Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of them being placed. We do only operate at this time Monday – Friday so orders placed after business hours on a Friday and over the weekend will not being to be processed until the next working day (Monday). We also do not have collections on Bank Holidays. Next-Day orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that same day.
